Before your order ships

All Rail & Reins orders are processed within 2–5 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons — such as Kentucky Derby week or holidays — processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
